TONIGHT: Increasing clouds through the overnight and a few morning showers possible between 4-7am with morning lows in the 50's

WEDNESDAY: Cloudy and cooler with highs only nudging into the 50's and 60's for the Pikes Peak region. Morning showers possible followed by an afternoon and evening round of storms. Heavier rain for the mountains could lead to period of flooding and flash flooding.

EXTENDED: More clouds than sun for Thursday with passing showers and embedded storms likely. Highs will remain cooler in the 60's as we welcome the first official start of the fall season Thursday evening. Sunshine and a gradual warming trend returns Friday and into the weekend.
