TONIGHT: Partly cloudy and mild overnight. Morning lows Tuesday will fall into the mid-40s.

TOMORROW: Increasing clouds with a few pockets of rain showers before the noon hour. Showers and storms more likely to develop after the 1pm timeframe and last through the evening. Most of the measurable precip favors higher terrain areas around the Palmer Divide and Teller County.

EXTENDED: Off and one light showers possible overnight Tuesday and significantly cooler through Wednesday with rain and snow showers off and one through the day. Highs Wednesday will only make it into the upper-50s and low-60s. Clearing skies Wednesday night and high pressure will quickly build across the region with warming temperatures late week and heading into the weekend.
