Tonight: A cold front is currently passing through the Colorado plains which is making for a windy afternoon, gusts have reached 29mph in Colorado Springs. Expect these winds to die off after 7pm and turn calm overnight. Mostly clear skies overnight with temperatures down to 29 degrees in Colorado Springs and 30 in Pueblo.
Sunday: Plenty of sunshine through the day with light winds and no chance of precipitation. High temperatures will be slightly cooler, reaching into the low 60s for Colorado Springs and mid 60s for Pueblo.
Extended: A dominant ridge of high pressure will remain across the western United States through the week ahead, bringing a calm weather pattern to Colorado. Daily high temperatures will run 5 to 10 degrees above average, into the low 70s for El Paso County.
