KRDO

Tonight: The cold front that is currently moving through eastern Colorado is bringing wind gusts anywhere from 50-60mph most residents along the I-25/HWY 50 corridors. Travel will likely be difficult as high winds are possible through the evening with gradual weakening after midnight. Fire Weather Warnings, Blowing Dust Warnings and Advisories, High Wind Warnings, Air Quality Alerts, and even Frost Advisories are in effect tonight so stay weather aware.

Extended: After the cold front exits Colorado, conditions will improve dramatically. Plenty of sunshine is likely through the week ahead with slightly cooler temperatures for Monday and Tuesday with highs in the low 70s. Wednesday high temperatures will push into the low 80s in Colorado Springs but cooling back off by Thursday. Little to no chance of precipitation for the week ahead. Monday marks 3 weeks without rain in Colorado Springs.
