Labor Day storms for some

Today: Sunday will be a mostly dry and warm day. Heavy cloud cover will hang around after 5 pm, making the hot conditions more bearable. High temperatures for Colorado Springs will be in the high-80s and mid-90s for Pueblo.

LABOR DAY: Showers and thunderstorms pass through Colorado Springs from 3 pm until 7 pm. Thunderstorms line up over I-25 around 3 pm before making their way toward the northeast. Pueblo, La Junta, and Walsenburg will all likely get a shower after 6 pm. Labor Day brings some of the warmest temperatures of the week with Colorado Springs seeing a good chance to hit 90 degrees. Pueblo will be in the mid-90s. For Tuesday more showers and storms are expected through the evening.
