Thunderstorms don’t let up yet

Today: A hot day is in store for your Friday. High temperatures will be in the 90s. Low-90s for Colorado Springs and high 90s for Pueblo and the southeastern plains. Cloud cover rolls in after 1 pm and showers and small thunderstorms begin after 4 pm. For Colorado Springs a small thunderstorm can occur after 7 pm. For Pueblo conditions will be mostly cloudy after 7 pm, making it the best time to head to the State Fair.

Tomorrow: Temperatures will warm slightly heading into the weekend. High temperatures will be the hottest of the week with Colorado Springs possibly getting up to 93 degrees. Pueblo's high temperature will be around 98 degrees. Heavy clouds are possible after 1 pm and then heavy showers and thunderstorms take over southern Colorado after 3 pm. This pattern continues until 11 pm Saturday night making it difficult for any outdoor plans.
