Cooler and Wetter Memorial Day Weather
A powerful weather system is moving into Wyoming and Northern Colorado and will bring showers and thunderstorms to the Eastern Plains on Sunday.
The good news is that this cooler and wetter weather will lower the wildfire danger over Southeast Colorado, the bad news is that it will make for chilly Memorial Day weather, especially during outdoor memorial services on Monday.
There's even a chance for snow above 10,000 feet in the mountains for most of Sunday. The best place to be this holiday weekend will be close to home.
