Tracking PM showers & storms, more flash flood chances

TODAY: We're tracking scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for the Aspen Acres fire burn scar area and all of Pueblo County due to periods of heavy rainfall which could cause additional flooding. Temperatures top off in the high 80s in Colorado Springs and mid to high 90s for Pueblo and the Southern Plains.

TOMORROW: Tuesday will be similar to Monday with more PM showers and thunderstorms, and flash flood concerns for Beulah and San Isabel. Temps cool a few degrees to the mid 80s in Colorado Springs and low 90s in Pueblo.

EXTENDED: High storm chances continue Wednesday then become more isolated by the end of the week. Temps rebound back to the 90s in Colorado Springs by Friday.
