Tracking severe storms & fire danger

Tracking...
KRDO

TODAY: We're tracking another warm and windy day (which means fire danger) with highs in the low 90s in Colorado Springs and high 90s in Pueblo with 20-30 MPH gusts. A few severe storms are possible along and east of I-25 from the evening to the overnight hours. These storms could produce large, damaging and dangerous hail up to 3" in diameter. We could also see damaging wind gusts up to 70 MPH while these storms are overhead.

TOMORROW: Expect a much-needed dose of moisture! Thunderstorms start across the High Country in the morning and move east along I-25 and across the Plains by the afternoon. The best chance for severe weather is still across lower lying areas mainly along and east of I-25. Highs cool to the mid 80s in Colorado Springs and high 80s in Pueblo.

EXTENDED: Temps stay in the 80s and low 90s with afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms through Friday. We warm back up to the 90s and triple digits with drying conditions for the weekend!
