Avalanche players come out to support Broncos’ first home game of the season

DENVER, Colo. (KRDO) -- Some Avalanche players came out to show their support for the Denver Broncos first home game of the season.

The Broncos took on the Houston Texans at Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday. In attendance were some of the Stanley-cup-winning Avs.

While they weren't the stars of the game, the Avs were met with Bronco fans belting out Blink-182's "All the Small Things." The pop-punk anthem had become a battle cry for the Avs fans during the most recent season.

KRDO's Sports Director Rob Namnoum caught up with Logan O'Connor and Alex Newhook about the warm, Broncos Country welcome they received.
