Snow tapers off through southern Colorado Thursday

TODAY: Snow will be tapering off from north to south through the mid-morning. We will get into clearing skies this afternoon with highs in the 30s and 40s. Areas that have more snow on the ground, including the mountains will only be in the 20s today. Snow will start to melt away!

TONIGHT: Clear skies with lows cooling to the teens. Watch out for re-freezing on any wet roads.

EXTENDED: Sunny skies are back in the forecast for Friday and Saturday. Coming with that are warmer temps in the 50s, 60s and 70s. Of the two days, Saturday looks to be the warmest. Another big cool down moves in for Sunday with the chance for both rain and snow. We will keep you posted on this storm as it develops!
