Fremont County Sheriff’s Office accepting donations for 2023 “Shop With a Cop” event

FLORENCE, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Fremont County Sheriff's Office's annual "Shop With a Cop" event is still underway. The sheriff's office alongside Florence Police Department are requesting food and funding to make baskets for participating families.

Edward Jones, located at 401 E. Main St. suite D (Florence), is also taking donations of non-perishables, stuffing, potatoes, gravy, cookie kits, vegetables, etc. to make food baskets for the families participating.

Cash and check donations are also permitted. Checks should be payable to the respective departments with "Shop With a Cop" as the memo line.
