UPDATE: Missing hiker found near Blodgett Open Space

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) — UPDATE: Colorado Springs police say the hiker who went missing near Blodgett Open Space has been found and is safe.

Colorado Springs Police are asking for help finding a missing hiker near the Blodgett Open Space. CSPD is looking for 66-year-old David Jolly.

Police said he is White, 6 feet tall, thin, with grey hair and a beard. He was last seen a red plaid shirt, jeans, and white shoes.

An Emergency Notification System message about Jolly was sent to areas neighboring 3600 W Woodmen road.

On Tuesday night, at 9:12, the Colorado Springs Fire Department tweeted that high angle rescue crews were searching for the hiker in the Blodgett Peak area.
