Incline Fire 80% contained Saturday night
MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) — The containment of the Incline Fire increased to 80% Saturday night, according to a Manitou Springs city spokesperson.
Fire crews secured more of the fireline and mopped up hotpsots. The Incline Fire is still one acre in size.
Crews will hike off of the fire Saturday night, and they will be up again Sunday morning to continue their suppression work.
The Incline, Barr trail and the Barr Parking Lot will remain closed until further notice. Manitou Springs officials ask people to avoid the area.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is still looking for a suspect they believe was in the area of the Barr Trail who may have started the fire on Thursday.
