U.S. Marshals Service

NORTHGLENN, Colo. (KRDO) -- The U.S. Marshals Colorado Violent Offender Task Force located and arrested four Texas homicide suspects on Sept. 21 in Northglenn.

According to officials, 28-year-old Gabriel Olivo-Olivo was wanted by the Lewisville Police Department in Texas on a felony arrest warrant for first-degree murder in connection with a Sept. 11 shooting of a male individual.

Investigators with the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) say it was determined that the shooting was targeted and that other individuals were involved.

USMS says they discovered that Olivo and other potential suspects had left Texas and were believed to be in the Denver area. Officials say on Sept. 21 Olivo was seen at a house in the  3400 block of 105th Ct in Northglenn alongside other suspects.

With the help of other law enforcement agencies, USMA says Olivo was taken into custody alongside Erian Espinoza-Martinez, 20, Carly Guerrero-Aguero, 20, and a fourth juvenile suspect whose name is being withheld. All have been charged with homicide, officials confirm.

A search of the residence led to the discovery of a semi-automatic handgun and other items believed to be tied to the murder, says USMS.

All three of the adult male suspects are being held in Adams County Jail awaiting extradition back to Texas, according to USMS.
