Parker man pleads guilty to charges related to three sexual assaults, could face 20 years to life

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- A man from Parker will spend 20 years to life in the Colorado Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to charges relating to three sexual assaults, according to officials.

According to the 23rd Judicial District Attorney's (DA) Office, Javier Rodriguez-Andrade pled guilty on Thursday in charges related to sexual assaults on three girls aged 19 to 24 in 2025. Officials say the assaults occurred at his apartment, and one belonging to friends.

Rodriguez-Andrade was not romantically involved with any of the victims, and they were all highly intoxicated at the time of the assaults, according to investigators.

The DA's office says the victims' willingness to come forward, as well as a thorough investigation by the Parker Police Department and Douglas County Sheriff's Office, led to Rodriguez-Andrade admitting to the crimes. He pled guilty to felony sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, burglary with intent to commit sexual assault and a crime of violence causing seriously bodily injury.

“Mr. Rodriguez-Andrade engaged in a disturbing pattern of dominating women by exploiting them when they were helpless to escape,” Deputy District Attorney Brynn Chase said in a press release. “While he felt entitled to these girls’ bodies, the only thing he is entitled to is an extended stay in the Department of Corrections.

Officials say they believe there may be more victims, and are asking anyone with information to come forward. Rodriguez-Andrade will be formally sentenced on Oct. 30, the DA's office says.
