Around 18,000 fentanyl pills seized in Pueblo West by Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office, DEA

PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) seized around $90,000 worth of fentanyl pills in Pueblo West Thursday.

According to officials, PCSO narcotics detectives, along with a SWAT team and Drug Enforcement Administration task force, executed a search warrant and found around 18,000 fentanyl pills. Officials say the drugs had an estimated street value of $90,000.

PCSO says the investigation remains ongoing.
