  1. “The victim was shot in a car, and then drove northbound on Briargate towards Union. The driver’s vehicle jumped the median and crashed in front of the Sunrise Methodist Church.”

That information conflicts with the Police Blotter report, which states: “Initial investigation revealed that the adult male was in a parking lot in the 2600 block of Briargate Boulevard (Sunrise Methodist Church) when shots were fired. The adult male drove in a vehicle northbound across Briargate Boulevard, travelling over the curb and coming to rest in a parking lot in the 2700 block of Briargate Boulevard (FirstBank).”
