Heavy backup on southbound I-25 after crash near Woodmen on-ramp

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) says southbound Interstate-25 is heavily backed up after a crash near the Woodmen on-ramp.

CSPD says traffic is backed up to at least Interquest after the crash, which they say was just south of the Woodmen on-ramp. According to officials, the crash was an injury four-car crash. It was blocking the middle and right lanes.

CSPD says the crash is expected to be cleared soon, but they are still suggesting alternate routes.
