WATCH: DCSO shares video of weekend flooding, snowplow clearing piles of hail 

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- Douglas County Sheriff's Office (DCSO) and South Metro Fire responded to severe flash flooding in the Meridian and Lincoln area this weekend.

Around 3:30 p.m., DCSO posted to social media that several roads were impassable, warning residents that vehicles can quickly become stranded in standing water.

DCSO shared a video showing how quickly conditions changed, with water rising within moments and making the intersection dangerous. One individual was stranded, prompting an emergency response.

Later, Douglas County Government posted a video online showing a snowplow clearing hail from the roads after the storm passed.
