Stolen puppy returned home after suspects located by Pueblo Police

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- A stolen puppy has been returned home after being taken from its backyard in July.

According to the Pueblo Police Department, a puppy that was stolen on the morning of July 26 has been returned after police were able to locate the two suspects.

Officials say the dog was taken from the 2800 block of Ontario Street, and two suspects were caught on camera leaving the scene in a light-colored car.

Police say the puppy is now safely at home and has been reunited with its owner. Officials thanked the public who assisted them in identifying the suspects.
