Sublime, Sammy Hagar headline some of Ford Amphitheater’s summer events

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- With summer in full swing, Ford Ampitheater has a full line-up through August and September.

August starts off on Saturday with The Black Crowes and Whiskey Myers. They also have a special guest, Southall. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for a 6:30 p.m. show.

Sublime headlines Common Kings and Codefendants on Aug. 6, followed by Lindsey Stirling on August 8. Sublime starts at 6:30 p.m. with Stirling on at 8:00 p.m.

The next weekend in August is packed with performances. Thursday, Aug. 13 starts with Sammy Hagar and Rick Springfield. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for a 7:00 p.m. show. That Friday Alison Krauss & Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas will be at the amphitheater. Saturday rounds out the weekend with Lauren Daigle at 7:30 p.m.

Ty Myers, Brent Cobb and Benny G are coming Aug. 29, followed by Brantley Gilbert on Saturday, Sept. 5.

Lynyrd Skynyrd with 38 Special will be at the venue on Saturday, Sept. 19 to round out the summer's events. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
