I-25 reopens at Stem Beach after accident knocks down power lines

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- A part of Northbound I-25 was closed after an accident knocked power lines down onto the highway, according to the Pueblo Police Department.

Officials say both Black Hills and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) were on the scene. The highway was reopened as of 10:30 a.m., according to CDOT.
