TODAY: It's another critical fire danger day across Colorado with gusty 20-40 MPH winds mainly coming from the south-southwest. Red Flag Warnings continue with hot temps in the 80s and 90s in most areas from the mountains to the plains. Exceptionally dry weather persists for the Pikes Peak Region with relative humidity levels sitting below 10% in many areas. Severe thunderstorms are still possible across the far southeast plains (large hail and damaging winds), but they will likely be even more isolated than the last couple days.

EXTENDED: We stay hot and mostly dry for the next several days with highs mainly in the 80s across the mountains and 90s/100s across the I-25 corridor and plains. Our next chance for widespread moisture is Sunday.
