One fatality reported in Colorado Springs rollover crash on Peterson and Barnes

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reports that one person is dead following a rollover crash at Peterson Road and Barnes Road.

According to police, a vehicle traveling eastbound on Barnes Road collided with a vehicle traveling northbound on Peterson Road.

Police say the driver of the northbound vehicle was ejected during the crash and died from their injuries at a local hospital. The driver of the eastbound vehicle was not injured, according to police.

Police confirm that two minors were also transported to the hospital due to minor injuries.

CSPD says the crash remains under investigation.
