Trash fire sends smoke into the air north of Pueblo

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) responded to a trash fire burning at C & C Disposal north of Pueblo.

PCSO says no injuries were reported and that the fire started in a pile of trash and then spread to 11 vehicles and a small shed on the property.

C & C Disposal is on Quartz Street, just north of the Love's Travel Stop off of Frontage Road.

The cause of the fire is still unknown at this time, say officials.
