Temperatures heating up!

Temperatures are heating up the next couple of days... with a few showers and thunderstorms.

TODAY: As high pressure builds across the region temperatures will climb into the upper-80s and 90s today. Still dry with most, if not all of the showers and thunderstorms relegated to western Colorado.

TONIGHT: Clear skies and mild overnight with morning lows falling into the low-60s.

EXTENDED: Hot Wednesday with highs climbing into the 90s and triple digits out on the eastern plains. Wednesday will also feature scattered afternoon thunderstorms moving from the higher terrain into the I-25 corridor. Temperatures remain hot through the weekend. Showers and thunderstorm chances ramp up slightly Friday and Saturday.
