Rocky Mountain Vibes looking to fill mascot role for next season
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Do you think you have what it takes to be what some call the coolest mascot in baseball?
Well, if you live in the Colorado Springs area now's your chance.
The Rocky Mountain Vibes are looking to fill the role of "Toasty," the team's mascot for the upcoming 2023 season.
According to the team, Toasty is one of the most recognizable mascots in Minor League Baseball and has been featured in Sports Illustrated and on ESPN's KBO broadcast.
The requirements on the job listing for the position say the ideal height to play Toasty is 5'7" - 5'10". You must have an outgoing personality, flexible schedule, and prior mascot experience or something similar like acting, cheer, or gymnastics is a plus.
