DENVER, Colo. (KRDO) -- Tuesday, August 1, the remaining big game hunting licenses went on sale.

These licenses are what's left over from the primary and secondary draws. This is the first chance to get a big game hunting license outside of the draw process.

Licenses became available online, over the phone, and in person at Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) offices and sales locations at 9 a.m.

According to CPW, the licenses are available on a first come first served basis.
