Pueblo County Coroner released the cause of death for a 13-year-old
PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Pueblo County Coroner released the cause of death for a 13-year-old that was found in a Pueblo West home unresponsive.
Hailey Perkins was found by the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office on June 27. They ruled her death suspicious due to her age. It was later ruled a homicide by the Pueblo County Sheriff.
The Pueblo County Coroner says that the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head.
The investigation is still considered a homicide at this time.
The manner of death in the case of Hailey Perkins, 13, found in her Pueblo West home on 6/27/22 has been ruled a homicide.
