COLORADO (KRDO) -- The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) has announced the launch of a new service on the state website, the Care-to-Clinic Locator.

According to the CDPHE, this service allows parents and guardians to quickly identify the under 5 vaccine providers closest to their child's daycare, Head Start, YMCA, or other child care center. The locator lists nearly 3,500 licensed Colorado child care services with the three closest providers.

To find your child’s daycare, visit the locator on the state website. Then, simply press “Ctrl” and “F” on your keyboard and type the name of your child’s daycare in your browser’s search bar. Scroll to the right in the locator to view the three closest vaccine providers and you will find their phone numbers, address, and a link to their websites. A link is also provided to the locator spreadsheet for those using a mobile device.

The CDPHE is also offering Pfizer and Moderna vaccines for the under 5 age group at all its statewide COVID-19 community vaccine clinics and is continuing its clinics for young children at a number of Children’s Hospital Colorado locations. Other tools like the COVID-19 Dose Calculator are also available.

A complete list of COVID-19 vaccine clinics can be found on the CDPHE website, as well as a list of over 2,000 vaccine providers throughout Colorado.
