Funding is on the way for drought resilience and aging water infrastructure throughout Colorado

DENVER, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado Water Conservation Board approved 17 million dollars in funding yesterday for the "Colorado Water Plan."

Funding will be distributed across the state.

The money will be set aside for ranching, watersheds, and climate change planning. Some of it will also go towards updating or replacing water infrastructure that already exists.
