Nitro Circus bringing daredevils to UCHealth Park in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- While most of us were at home jumping between the home office and the couch over the past year, the daredevils on the Nitro Circus team were defying death by practicing their jumps off gigantic ramps.

Now the Nitro Circus team is bringing the tour to Colorado Springs to show off their skills. The Nitro Circus "You Got This" tour is hitting UCHealth Park on Sept. 18.

The show features professional extreme athletes in BMX, freestyle motocross, skating, and more as they perform stunts that are way too high off the ground for comfort. One of the stars is a 45-foot "Giganta" ramp that launches motorcycle riders over six stories in the air.

Nitro Circus was started by Travis Pastrana, a professional motocross rider and regular staple of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, and the stunt team has even had its own show on MTV.
