Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado State Patrol has activated a COVID-19 call center designed to answer all community questions regarding the virus.

CSP says emergency dispatch centers and emergency operations centers across the state are struggling to keep up with the recent influx of phone calls asking for general information or assistance related to COVID-19.

The call center can be reached at 1-833-598-5553, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This is not an emergency line.
