Man with a weapon robs local business in Colorado Springs.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - Colorado Springs Police officers responded to a robbery with a weapon call on the city's west side, early Sunday morning.

Around 1:00 a.m on Sunday, CSPD officers responded to a robbery call at a business located in the 3000 block of West Colorado Avenue. The victim told police that he was closing up his business and had the night deposit bag with him, when the suspect approached him with a taser and demanded the money.

The suspect fled the scene on foot with the deposit. At the time of this article, the suspect has not been located.
