On the lookout: Motor-vehicle theft suspect breaks into a car dealership

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo (KRDO) -- The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is on the lookout for a man suspected of breaking into a car dealership.

On June 23, deputies say a man broke the glass of the front door to a car dealership on the 7100 block of McLaughlin Road in Peyton.

The male suspect broke into the dealership at 2:40 a.m. The Sheriff's Office says he went through several desk drawers before leaving with a vehicle, the matching keys, a dealership license plate: BNI720, and a credit card.

The suspect is described as a white male, with short dark hair, wearing a black mask, a black jacket, a white shirt, black shorts, and carrying a black pistol.

Deputies say he stole a black 2012 Ford F150 Platinum pickup truck.
