PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- Brew at the Zoo, a charity brew fest originally scheduled this Saturday, has been pushed back several months like many other events. But it's not all bad news! The event's musical entertainment will push ahead Saturday as a virtual concert.

Instead of playing at the Pueblo Zoo, the concert will stream live on Facebook at 5 p.m., said Pueblo Zoo officials in a release Friday.

The performers will be the scheduled full line-up, including Mark’s Midnight Carnival Show, Wayne Faust, The Family Juls, and Sunshine and the Segway Band.

The live stream will also feature animal cameos, video messages from local brewers, growler giveaways, and live commentary from zoo staff and special guests, said the zoo.

The 5th annual in-person Brew at the Zoo has been rescheduled for October 10. The charity raises $40,000 annually to help cover costs and daily animal care, according to the zoo. You can find more information and purchase tickets here.
