COLORADO SPRINGS - Increased police activity is being seen in the are of Circle and Uintah in central Colorado Springs.

Lt. Jim Sokolik did confirm that the response is due to the search for a wanted suspect. Area residents were alerted to the activity with a reverse notification.

No information about the suspect they could be looking for was made available.
