COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- KRDO is launching a new segment in coordination with law enforcement around southern Colorado to help catch suspects who have eluded capture.

Colorado Springs police are looking to ID a woman who is accused of stealing credit cards from two workout studios in town.

Surveillance video shows the woman going into the Core Power Yoga Studio on Garden of the Gods Road on October 29th.

Police say the woman attended a class and left abruptly. They believe during that time she stole someone's credit card from an open cubby with their personal belongings.

A police spokesperson said, "The unknown female stole the victim’s cards during that time and the cards were then used shortly after by the unknown female suspect at King Soopers on Baptist Road to purchase over $2,000.00 of Visa prepaid gift cards."

Just a few weeks later, the unknown female performed a similar stunt, this time distracting the person upfront.

On November 12th around 4:30 p.m., an employee with the Pure Barre Workout Studio on Voyager Parkway says the same woman came in.

"An unknown female shows up to the studio and claims that she lost a necklace during a previous class. When the employee is distracted looking in lost and found, the unknown female steals multiple victim’s credit cards and leaves after the employee cannot find the necklace," police tell KRDO.

The woman is accused of taking those cards using them to $1,500 worth of Visa prepaid gift cards.

Police say the woman she is "thin to average build; shoulder-length light brown hair; wearing glasses."
