The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office got arrest warrants for two people after a man was found shot at a convenience store on Peterson Road last month.

The shooting happened on Sept. 18, and the victim was found in the 2400 block of Peterson Road. Few other details are known outside of that report.

One suspect was identified as Nicholas Haiden Daniels, 20, who was taken into custody on charges of second-degree kidnapping, first-degree assault, and aggravated robbery.

The second suspect, who is still on the loose, was identified as James Taylor Roberson, 21. He’s described as a white man, 6′ tall and about 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
