BREAKING: Gunmen at large in Texas
A gunman or gunmen are at large and “shooting at random people” in a hijacked mail truck in Odessa, Texas say police, according to ABC News.
Police received reports of two suspected gunmen, one of whom has been taken into custody. The status of the second alleged gunman is not confirmed. Police say 13 people have been shot.
Odessa police are encouraging people to stay inside to use extreme caution. The Midland Police Department say two suspected gunmen are believed to be at large after reports of a shooter at a Home Depot in Odessa.
Odessa and Midland are about 20 miles apart.
The Midland Police believe that the two gunmen fled in two separate vehicles, a gold/white small Toyota truck and a USPS Postal Van.
