Colorado Parks & Wildlife: Check for critters before yard work

Colorado Parks & Wildlife shared a picture of an injured bunny with a warning for people before they begin yard work.

That warning: “Walk your yard and look for little critters hiding in the grass.”

CPW says the bunny’s ear and foot were sliced by landscapers working on a yard with weed trimmers.
