In-N-Out Burger one step closer to launch in Colorado Springs

The contractors for In-N-Out Burger have closed a deal on two pieces of land to get the ball rolling on the Colorado Springs locations.

According to a press release, Westside Investment Partners, Inc. announced the new location will be built at the plot of land near Victory Ridge in Colorado Springs. The 21.9-acre parcel lot is located at the corner of Interquest Parkway and Federal Boulevard. Additionally, the plans show the restaurant will sit at the hard corner of Interquest and Voyager Parkways.

The purchase marks the very first Colorado location for the California-based hamburger chain. CBRE’s Patrick Kerscher, Whitney Johnson, and Jon Weisiger represented Westside in the sale.

“This is a day that In-N-Out aficionados here in Colorado have been waiting for, and we are ecstatic that In-N-Out chose Victory Ridge to put down roots in Colorado,” said Andrew Klein, a Principal with Westside, who purchased the overall Victory Ridge project in late 2016.

Otis Moore, also a Principal with Westside, added, “The fact that the In-N-Out team selected North Colorado Springs to mark their entrance into the Colorado market is a testament to the dynamic growth that is occurring in this corridor.”

In-N-Out Burger announced plans for its first Colorado location to join the Westside’s Victory Ridge at the end of 2017.

In-N-Out Burger is looking to open its first Colorado restaurant in late 2020, according to The Gazette.

In November 2017, the Irvine, California-based chain decided to make Colorado Springs its regional headquarters, bringing with it a nearly 100,000-square-foot distribution center and a 150,000-square-foot office building.

The distribution center will be built on the north side of Colorado Springs at InterQuest and Voyager parkways.

In-N-Out plans to begin construction of the facility in the spring with a final completion date aiming towards the summer of 2020, according to The Gazette.
