Fountain police locate missing, at-risk teen Saturday

UPDATE: As of around 5 p.m. Saturday, the City of Fountain Government posted to their official Facebook page that Julian had been located.

The Fountain Police Department needs the public’s help locating a missing at-risk teen by the name of Julian Valentin.

Julian is described as being a 14-year-old male of Hispanic/Asian descent. He is severely mentally handicapped and was last seen Saturday around 1:00 p.m. near Cumberland Green off of Linkage Trail in Fountain.

He is further described as being around 5’2” and weighing around 200 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt with grey triangles, black pants, and black shoes. He also has a small dog with him.
