Pair accused of throwing rocks at I-25 traffic from overpass
Two northern Colorado men are accused of throwing rocks at traffic from a bridge over Interstate 25, damaging seven vehicles but causing no injuries.
The Loveland Reporter-Herald reported Monday that 31-year-old Joshua Frederick Boddy and 32-year-old Kraig Warren Lorenzen surrendered to the Loveland Police Department on Dec. 20. They face charges of felony criminal mischief.
No phone number could be found for either man. They are scheduled to appear in court Friday.
The Larimer County Sheriff’s Department says the rocks were thrown from an overpass just south of Timnath between January and July. Warrants were issued for Boddy and Lorenzen after a lengthy investigation by the sheriff’s office and the Colorado State Patrol.
