House from ‘A Christmas Story’ opened year-round for tours, overnight stays

The Cleveland house known for its appearance in the holiday classic “A Christmas Story” is offering overnight rentals deals for the second year in a row.

The house where Ralphie lived is now open year-round to the public for tours and overnight stays.

The ‘A Christmas Story House’ began offering overnight rentals last year after the owners of the house purchased the home next door, expanding the experience. The house next door, known as the Bumpus’ house in the movie gives people more room to stay.

The cost to stay the night in Randy or Ralphie’s bed starts at $395 a night and can host up to 6 guests per night.

The Bumpus House, home to Ralphie’s neighbors, is located just next door. Also, across the street is an official ‘A Christmas Story’ museum.

House tours cost $13 for general admission and $10 for kids 3 to 12 years old.
