Investigators complete search of Kelsey Barreth’s fiance’s property in Florissant

Investigators tell KRDO NewsChannel 13 they have completed the search of the property where Kelsey Barreth’s fiance lives.

Patrick Frazee, Kelsey Barreth’s fiance and father of their one-year-old daughter, lives in Florissant, Colo.

Crews executed a search warrant Friday morning at the 35-acre property where Frazee lives. The Woodland Park Police Department said they continued the search on Saturday.

While the search was anticipated to take up to three days, investigators told KRDO they had finished searching the property Saturday night.

Neighbors witnessed a backhoe being escorted onto Frazee’s property Saturday.

According to a news release sent out by the Woodland Park Police Department on Sunday morning, Kelsey has not been found during the search. Investigators continue to conduct interviews. No word on any whether any evidence was found at the property.

Authorities were able to execute the search warrant on Friday. The search warrant is sealed.

Frazee hasn’t been named as a suspect or person of interest, and officials are still calling the investigation a “missing persons case.”

Barreth has been missing since Nov. 22.
