Southern Colorado prepares for 4 holiday parades this weekend

The holiday season is upon us and a busy weekend is ahead in Southern Colorado.

From Woodland Park to Pueblo West, floats will be lighting up the streets during the holiday parades.

Manitou Springs Christmas Parade

Friday, Nov. 30 starting at 6:00 p.m. Parade on Manitou Ave. from Ruxton Ave. to El Paso Blvd.

Lighter Side of Christmas Parade – Woodland Park

Saturday, Dec. 1 starting at 6:00 p.m. Located in downtown Woodland Park

Colorado Springs Festival of Lights Parade

Saturday, Dec. 1 starting at 5:50 p.m. The parade will travel on Tejon St. starting at St. Vrain St. and proceed south to Vermijo Ave.

Holiday in Lights Parade – Pueblo West

Saturday, Dec. 1 at 5:30 p.m. The parade will start at Joe Martinez Boulevard/ Palmer Lake Drive and travel down
to Civic Center Drive
