Where to get a Thanksgiving meal from the Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is hosting four Thanksgiving meals around the Colorado Springs area for those in need of a warm plate of food and warm company with which to share it.

If you’re feeling charitable, you can also help the Salvation Army meet their need of 500 pies for the meals. You can drop off pie donations at the Salvation Army location on Yuma Street.

The meals will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.

Colorado Springs – Serving about 1,000 people
The Salvation Army, 908 Yuma Street

Woodland Park – Serving about 200 people
Woodland Park Church of the Nazarene, 750 N. Hwy 67.

Manitou Springs – Serving about 500 people
Manitou Town Hall, 606 Manitou Ave.

Fountain – Serving about 500 people
Fountain Valley Senior Center, 5745 Southmoor Drive
