Driver hits pedestrian in east Colorado Springs, runs from scene

Police responded to a vehicle verse bicycle crash on Constitution Ave. at Sussex Lane Friday morning.

Police say a driver hit a bicyclist, drove down the street, got out of the car, and then ran away. The person that was hit was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police are searching for the driver of the car.
